Similar to 2008 crisis, when first cracks appear the regulators step in to mend and pundits say system okay ...now stabilise and so on. But actually they never understood thefull extent of the crisis until later.

The whole system is broken on multiple fronts and the finality is the impending recession. When a highly levered economy goes through recession there is no telling what is going to fall apart.

There are many many problems emerging as I look at the data. There auto loan .market has record defaults. The junk bond market is under stress. Any time now a big indebted corporation is going to default on its debt and trigger a corporate debt crisis as such companies will be unable to get fresh loans to roll over its debt and keep operating.

Many won't believe until they see body in the coffin...

This situation is not simply of a few banks running out of liquidity. It is about economic system with record levels of debt facing high interest rates.

The US govt next month will start quarelling about raising  debt ceiling creating more chaos.

Whole thing will break at multiple points....
