LKY did initiated that he do not wish to be remembered in leaving the Oxley hse as memories. If I am not wrong, I even heard he said on tv. So, LHY is not wrong when he carry out his initiatives of LKY wish.

6 Sep 2012 Third Same as the second will, but LWL no longer gets a share of the estate. She thus had only a "life interest" in the estate, benefiting from rental and other income but not the capital. (Change prompted by LKY's fear that LWL would give her share to charity.) 
20 Sep 2012 Fourth LWL gets back her shares in the estate. Back to equal shares. 
4 Oct 2012 Fifth Demolition clause removed to allow LHL freedom over Oxley Road. LWL has no life interest, but has the right to reside, subject to LHL's consent. 
2 Nov 2012 Sixth LWL share of estate increased, 2:3:2 split. "On reflection, I have decided to give more to Ling. The boys have higher incomes and also wives with big earnings." 
17 Dec 2013 Seventh & Last Back to equal shares. Demolition clause reinserted. LWL's right to live unencumbered at 38 Oxley Road reinstated.
