Rules of Thumb.
Start to drink Coffee today.

Kopi O - No more than 1.5 cup(1cup 270ml)
Kopi O Kosong- Between 2.5 to 4.5 cups(1cup 270ml)

*Cannot drink coffee with empty stomach.
Coffee will produce more stomach acid.

I mainly avoid coffee because of dehydration (as coffee is diuretic). But I still drink it once in a while.

I will only totally avoid it when I have an injury (eg ankle sprain) as coffee slows down soft tissue healing.

For me, Morning and Afternoon, Kopi O Kosong and Kopi O. 
At night 8pm Tea. Big Grin
No wonder, I am so healthy. Rotfl
