Windows has started releasing Windows running on Arm.chips instead of x86.
This is a process of moving away from the archaic x86 instruction set.
Just like Apple, Microsoft Windiws on Arm will come with x86 emulated so that programs compiled for x86 can still run. As more software companies migrate away from x86 to Arm, x86 will be phased out.
Reason is Arm is much more energy efficient that is why Apple.laptop can run 12 hrs on battery when Windows x86 laptops can only run 5 hrs.
x86 is very outdated and needs to be phased out even Intel is look to make Arm based chips
