Now these countries can buy bonds in USD from China and later pay China Yuan.

US can't anyhow sanction other countries.

The US$ 2 billion bonds issued by China is over-subscribed almost 20 times.

This is first such bond issued not by Fed or US treasury.

The debut is only USD 2bil. Very small amount, just to testing water. US Treasury bills, notes and bonds issuance are in Trillions per month. The question is why US dollar bonds and not Yuan bonds in Saudi Arabia. Thought they all tried to de-dollarise USD?

USD 2 billion, sub sub swee for China. Even our SembCorp is investing over $10 billion over the next 5 years. They who to raise money too. To speculate demand of the 2 billion, it is not difficult at country level to get China related or linked companies in Saudi to bid to bid and jack up the demand.

This is a landmark move done first time. 2nd, 3rd, 4th ... will follow.

If all countries buy China's USD bond, who will buy US Fed and Treasury Bonds?

US has a debt of $36 trillion. Who can trust US to pay back?

Definitely, US will not pay the debts to the lenders.

Smart countries like Saudi, etc definitely won't buy US debts anymore.

US treasury bond is a ponzi scheme, US can borrow money and definitely has no intention to pay back.

Does US has 36 trillion $?

US only just print a piece of white paper green. Is this white paper just printed green worth the money?

You say Tak boleh pakai. What the markets says, counts. The market players put money in their mouth and u put nothing.

China issues Yuan bond at yield of around 2% and the US bond yield is slightly higher than US bond yield at 4.3%.  If u r China bond buyer,  which one u will buy?  Dun think they stop PRC and Chinese from buying China US bonds. For PRCs, stock market poor performance, bank interest so low and smaller banks unsecured. Overseas investment scare scare. Where will they put their money?
