It seems very difficult for me. Have to request and then fill in forms. Likely will have to close the account. Last time can just receive cheque. Now, no more. Yet, they will charge a super high fee for a telegraphic transfer. Verify here and there are different time zones. The whole process is complicated. Drag for quite a number of months but will get it done.
