Indians are very prominent in western banking and Us IT sector,
if they can translate into their own. It will definitely boost significantly the chance.
With one or two Pharma and car industry become world top brand.
cannot deny the possibilities especially if the rest stuck in lost decades.
like Fra, Uk, and soon Jp and Ger.

Not likely as both are rotten democracies with lots of internal fighting.

India have a huge population and it's still growing. If they can build a big enough middle class with spending power, overtaking US is possible. But when they grow to a certain size that can threaten US position, US will chut pattern to make things difficult for them just like what they are doing to China.

This is not china. The 25 yr calculation cannot use china metrics for india

Depends on USA and indirectly China.
If China collapses then it is unlikely India will surpass USA as USA will then have time to stop India just like Japan, USSR and now China.
India does have a card on its hand which is its diaspora and their power in the western world, especially USA. India maybe able to use that for its defence against USA's moves in the future.
