foreigner may not understand english. i once tell a chinese driver (ntuc fairprice one) for not switching off his engine . and point to the sign next to him. he apologize and said he does not understand english.

LTA or rather MRT, hv lacks of their roles and responsibilities in public transport. Such a rich 1st world country like Singapore, cannot afford to hv an MRT officer onboard to nab all these nuisance commuters who flout rules. Is MRT really so poor? Or probably, the transport minister is idling.

Are Singaporeans becoming so pathetic that they dare not voice out to that commuter to stop eating as it is not allowed. What is our society coming to?. The two people sitting beside her should be sent to ethics school to learn how to speak up. So are those sitting in the same carriage train.
