A man was so engrossed with his mobile phone that he walked out from behind a parked van and caused me to jam on my brakes 2 weeks ago along a lane near Mustafa Centre. He even had the cheek to give me a dirty look when I didn't even honk at that jaywalker. Did he expect me to apologise?
