Woman shares her experience getting scammed

How scammer took control.of.her phone apps....

https://www.tiktok.com/@channelnewsasia/...5210116354?

I was looking through the steps. Wouldn't requirement to use finger print for authentication stop the attack? If so why have the bank and authorities not told us and make this  ompulsory for banking apps..

Surely even if the scammer take control of our phone they won't be able to fake our fingerprint
