If you ask me, my answer is Drink Stall man at fault

Because- giving not $1 coins but $2 

1. Must count, leh

2. Mother with 2 kids often carry wet tissue, diapers, 3 MRT cards . . .

3. Never ask if the customer willing to take coins 

4. If no notes, then explain to the customer
