In 1948, the World was very sympathetic to the fate of the Jews who suffered tremendously at the hands of the Europeans.

On the back of this worldwide sympathy, the World allowed the creation of the State Israel at the expense of the Palestinians who have had to give up half of all their land WITHOUT compensation.

The World acted to give justice to them, at the expense of injustice to another.

As a responsible member of the World community that allowed the creation of Israel, Israel is obligated to abide by the World Court that it signed on to when it was created.
