This guy claim he is a Designer , can earn so much? Means he managed to get many High value projects hor? Thus he and his wife can at least own a Terrance landed house.

Not possible for young couples if without parents' help. Even for young doctor couples, they aso need to save for at least 5 yrs to buy an old condo unit
