Just walking 6km for 5 times per week and intermittent fasting can lost 42 kg in 2 years dun sound real to me. She must have done something else which was really effective and I guess she cut down her meal size..... Rolleyes

Putting on weight is plain easy....just eat.
Losing weight is really tough...needs alot of hard work and self discipline. 

2 years is possible to shed kilos...but quite arduous.

I walk 7km almost everyday... I seriously doubt 42kg in 2years due to waling and fasting...
