78.1% effective against infection from original strain and 98% protection against death from infection. Did they follow up on those Indonesian 100 infected front line medical workers?

Need to eat healthily. My friend is super big size and strong. Put his hand on the table and the flower pot jumped and dropped on the floor. He suspects it is because he always eat Prata continuously.

Got a stroke and later could walk and move about. Not old. After 1 year plus just gone like that.

Your friend may be surprised, but it is most likely the ghee in the prata that caused the stroke in the first place.

That famous ex- Crystal Jade Chef opened a wanton mee at coffee shop 632 Yishun Street 61 but too far for me to go.

This new kid on the block at 462 Crawford Lane looks interesting. Maybe I will try one day.

Ghee was classed as one of the healthiest food in recent studies I think... I think they now recognized that animal fats are healthy food. And your clogged arteries actually has got little to do with the cholesterol you consume... More to do with your genes and activity level...

This cholesterol thing is very dangerous and better dun iron teeth. I knew it because my cholesterol was once very high until I nearly cannot breathe. Went for blood test, then only knew my choles was overboard.  Doctor gave warning and told to bring it down. Went on crash diet of no meat, no oil and vigorous exercises for six months, then blood check again. This time passed marginally. .... Rolleyes

I just finished running 3.2km with my normal pace. I do not feel any difference from normal. Now I barely felt the soreness on my deltoid injection site already. Heart rate is 72 beat per minute.

Actually statins also got a whole host of side effects.  Best is to exercise and bring down the level.
