The last big property correction was in early 2000s . That was a 12 years correction Until 1st usa QE when property shoot up like crazy.
Till now there isn't a meaningful correction even though there are several cooling measures.

Reason..My observation is nowadays whenever there were econ problems gov would utilise national reserves to salvage the econ. Eg covib19.
