Pls rah it will make your eyesight worst to be honest. So far mine after 3 Years still ok but I do sense like need to change as what the optometrist said is kinda true.

Recently I noticed a lot spectacle shop, quite a lot new players come in. I feel partly due to now a days people dam young already wear glasses due to mobile phone, tablets , computer. Kids so young already wear glasses.

Rubbish, for lau hua yen ok lah and I have been using them for many years. My parents also buy from market. However, for short or long sighted then you must go get measurement and buy from specialist shops. My glasses cost only $3 per piece and I have 10 pieces all over the places. One in my office, one in my car, one in my bedroom.....

You got myopia or presbyopia? A lot of difference. U get presbyopia only when u reach certain age.
