PETALING JAYA: Barisan Nasional (BN) chairman Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has pledged to appoint a deputy prime minister from Sabah should the coalition win the 15th general election (GE15).

Zahid said BN will also propose the appointment of deputy prime ministers from Sarawak and the peninsula to ensure that the people throughout the country are well represented.
