His view on Putin is just on about aggression of Ukraine with no mention of why Russia's objection of eastward 5-time expansion of NATO and the proposal of installation of nuclear weapon in Ukraine. Weida only said it was pure outright invasion of Ukraine with no provocation.

As a Singapore newspaper, it should let people who are neutral and professional analysts to write with objective view instead of being mouth-piece for a certain country or a certain side.  

Even if the paper let one with one-sided view, it should invite another who hold opposing to express to have a balanced view.   

Otherwise, it can't be a professional media with neutral or balanced view.

This author is based in the US and known to write pro-US and anti-China articles. In fact, many ZB readers are aware of this person and some had written to ZB Forum questioning his apparent biased view like calling "US a World's standard" and who openly encourage conflict between the 2 powers . For e.g. a reader's rebuttal against one of his article 中美快“没关系”了 - which contradict the reality that how China-US relation matters all of us today.
