Many ah tiongs are very poor and have no money. They cannot even buy their own apartment and have to lie flat at home.

That's why the lie flat movement originate in third world china. Many ah tiongs already see no hope and future in dying third world china. They already gave up.

The ccp cult is more concerned with spewing fantasy made believe propaganda than fixing real issues. Truly sick Pui!

The construction-top-sales method is different. A construction company will have to complete to the top of the building then it can ask for certification to sell.

During this period, quality checks will be done. If the quality is not reached, the subject building will be demolished. The developer will have to rebuild again.

Once certification is done, then the developer can sell the units. China's population is declining, thus, there will be excess units available.

The decline in prices will also be not much. The prices are usually maintain at a small gap. However, the developer can give incentives on promotional or advertising methods like subsidies on renovations.
