Update your apps.Sometimes if HP cannot ,use PC.

yes, tried HP and PC using credit card, all failed
tried Paylah on HP also failed.
my last successfully purchase using the same card on PC was only 2 days ago.
maybe the issues is only me or only during this hour.

You try to clear your phone cache first
Sometimes after a new app update. It is better to restart your hp.

last month used paynow to top up shopeepay in order to get more coins, bank said ok and amount deducted, but shopeepay balance not updated. tried ALL methods still no updated. the problem dragged on for 2 weeks.
