Thank you for journeying with us in building a City of Good.

NVPC has always been dedicated towards uplifting charities, and in addition to the numerous programme and initiatives that we offer, we have also waived the 3% transaction fee on Giving.sg for over 2 years, since January 2020. This transaction fee goes towards covering some of our operating expenses and bank charges, but we understand how every bit counts in these trying times, and so implemented the waiver to allow charities to receive 100% of the donations on Giving.sg.

As we progress towards a more stable state as a nation, NVPC will be partially reinstating a 1.8% transaction fee on Giving.sg with effect from 1 April 2022 to help defray a portion of the bank charges and operating fees incurred in maintaining the leading online giving platform in Singapore. This 1.8% represents a partial (not full) reinstatement from the previous 3% fee.

We recognise that some charities are still coping with the challenges brought about by the pandemic, and will be extending the waiver of transaction fees for an additional year (1 April 2022 to 31 Mar 2023) to the following:

Charities with donations of less than $10,000 in the financial year ending 31 March 2022
The first $10,000 donated to newly onboarded charities in their first year on Giving.sg, starting 1 April 2022

Your generosity has helped numerous beneficiaries get through the pandemic, and we seek your continued support on Giving.sg as we become a City of Good together.
