If no Touch n Go card, you need to borrow one from the next car behind and pay for its use. Next, move forward to the petrol station with money changing to ask if they sell the Touch n Go card. 

You can download the Touch n Go e-wallet app on your handphone for top-up with credit card. However, you still need the physical card to pass thru' the tolls.

For tng card, First timers need to borrow from someone, or pay more to buy one online.

Online they sell S$6+ to $9+. Those money changers on the other side can sell RM40-50. Their Touch n Go card machines are always empty of cards. If you buy from those stalls in shopping centres, it will be cheap.
