Put PC to sleep is component wear problem

ON and OFF is component wear and tear problem.

Every time you switch ON a PC, there is a surge in power. Sometimes due to component old age issue, normally your pc power supply will uplorry first.

Frankly speaking, It actually depends on your pc usage. If you use your computer for whole day then switch it ON and put into sleep is better

If you use it for short time like 1 to 2 hours, better switch it OFF.

when u log off
pc still running at full power
if sleep
abt save 90% of power
if shut down
save 100% power
but take longer to start up
sleep state .. take only a few seconds to start up again
which shutdown restart abt 1 or 2 mins
