I subscribe to singtel data plan for years and never have problem with the monthly payment until last year it suddenly increase the bill by 3 folds. I query SINGTEL on their billing and they claimed that i had subscribed to their VEDE TV on HP which i do not even know what is VEDE TV . I told them i never subscribe to VEDE TV and the singtel staff told me they will block the service on VEDE TV immediately and waive the 3 fold fees.
On the second month i still received the VEDE TV fees and called singtel again, and they told me they will waive it.
Realising SIngtel is pretty useless on this matter, i decided to change to other telco immediately after the singtel staff confirm wiaver on the VEDE TV but i paid singtel the fee for that particular month form Dec to mid Jan even though i terminated their service at end Dec 2022.
However, after a peaceful month on Jan , suddenly today i received SIngtel on outstanding payment again, in the first place, i did not subscribe to it, and secondly they told me the already block the service and waive the fees.
I have tried call singtel but to no avail as i no longer subscribe to their HP service. May I check how do i go about it ?
