LTA wont listen if they dont face pressure, we have gather public pressure against them, get LTA bosses sacked

The roads are already quite congested. Lowering coe prices would make the situation worse.
A more practical approach is to require car owners to show proofs they've proper parking spaces or else have to pay heftily
