Whereas in a foreign country I saw a mother giving her young daughter a good lecture for plucking off a flower at the park.
In SG I saw someone scooping fertilizer at the park into a big plastic bag. A couple of very pretty chickens disappeared as well, someone said they were stolen for private enjoyment.
