韩国生菜涨到200韩元一片，烤肉店紧急提醒：一人限领5片

（观察者网讯）“因生菜严重短缺，每人仅提供5片生菜，请谅解”，物价飞涨之下，韩国一家烤肉店贴出了这样一张通知。

据韩国经济新闻今日（18日）报道，目前，韩国一片生菜的价格超过200韩元（约合人民币1元）。有人吐槽，在烤肉店里，不是用菜包肉，而是用肉包菜。

首尔麻浦区一家餐厅老板抱怨，因为生菜、苏子叶等蔬菜的价格暴涨，该店热门菜品田螺大酱菜包饭卖得越多、亏得越多，一片生菜200韩元，一般给一个客人提供7-8片，客人多要几片的话，光是蔬菜的成本就超过2000韩元（人民币10元）了，因此餐厅紧急下架了店里的网红产品——田螺大酱菜包饭，在外卖平台上，其状态显示为“已售罄”。

在一些对生菜有依赖的店铺，比如菜包饭店、烤肉店（生菜往往免费），老板们开始采用提价或减量的方式应对蔬菜价格上涨。西大门站附近经营了28年烤肉店的老板将一人份烤肉价格上涨了1000韩元（约合人民币5元），她介绍，原来附近1kg卖5000韩元（约合人民币25.5元）的生菜，现在已经涨到了2.5万韩元（约合人民币127.5元），因为给客人的蔬菜量无法减少，只能提高价格。

朝鲜日报此前报道，本月10日，首尔梨泰院一家烤肉店老板在附近一家超市购买了1.8kg生菜，花费了4.9万韩元（约合人民币250元），他抱怨，周末两天卖烤肉，光是给客人提供的生菜价格就超过了30万韩元（约合人民币1530元），因此客人即便多要，也不会给。

据《韩联社》报道，受多种因素影响，韩国今年上半年的物价增速，创下近24年的最高纪录。报道指，首尔麻浦区一家饭店的老板说，生菜涨价到200韩元（约1元人民币）一片，苏子叶也在涨价，为避免愈卖愈亏，不得不下架一款热销的包饭。

首尔江西区某肉店老板指，生菜变成了「金菜」，本来因为疫情客人就少，现在物价又涨，生意只能硬撑着。

Up to £60m in UK crops left to rot owing to lack of workers, says NFU

As much as £60m of food has been wasted on farms because of a labour shortage, according to the National Farmers’ Union, which found at least £22m of fruit and vegetables had been wasted so far this year.

The NFU said 40% of respondents to a survey of its members said they had suffered crop losses as a result of labour shortages, with farms 14% short of the size of the workforce they needed on average. The problems were worsened by some staff not turning up for work or quitting early.
