correct, for big countries home recovery is ok cause many country side area they live far from each other.

that is why we cannot just wholesale copy and follow other countries way of handling the crisis. with approx 700km2 and about  6 million people. majority are living less than 20m apart from each other. its very easy spread like wild fire if its not controlled properly. Hopefully these bunch of decision maker don't just go by the book and template to make any hush decision.
