All this is strange. This is a supply and demand situation. Of rental are too high there will be no takers.

It is irrational for people to pay such high rents and then complain they cannot make back because they should have worked out the risk and earnjngs before they go and bid

If too high ...why take it up?

It's like the funny people who complain hawker center food now to expensive and they still eat just as often.

It's not the first day these people are renting the stalls. They know from past experience how much they can earn so it's very unlikely they cannot make enough to cover the rent.

They're trying to bullshit us.

Everyone is claiming this and that. This should be investigated thoroughly stall by stall , visitor by visitor, purchase by purchase.

What is exactly the situation. Stall empty not empty. Transactions record low. Visitors record high. Wallet never bring. Paynow not working. No ATM to withdraw cash.

So many permutations so what is the problem. Conclusion next run is to vacate land to place for auction development bid into condo ? Then everyone happy with record PSF?

Ghib went there to spend $100...

Foot traffic is very good that's why people pay high rentals
