question is can this new digital banking be safer than a fully licenced bank digital banking.
u hv no one to told to
all questions n answers on line will be v difficult to seek redress.

I think this digital banking fate will end up like the new telcos or the utility companies. All under water or gone bust.
Singapore market too small and the one leg in coffin folks (with real wealth) will never take risk with new players. Why need to change?

It is quite safe if one uses their official apps. Never use any other apps downloaded from elsewhere or pick up through email. do not click on any SMS links until they can come with something more secure.
A physical token should be quite safe; a secured & encrypted messaging system can be explored. When one must click to find out about the bank information, make sure it is the correct website site address. we have only 3 banks. quite easy to remember. Put it on the wall if you must.
