Depression can make someone do extreme things but it is extremely difficult to counsel or help as the patient is deep in a dark place hard to stretch a hand out to pull him or her out as on one hand may appear normal but actually sliding deeper and deeper into the darkness of the mind where no light can get out or shine in, like a black hole that sucks everything into it and trap the person in its messy labyrinth
