First, open the Control Panel and then go to "User Accounts (and Family Safety) -> Credential Manager." Another way to open the Credential Manager is to use search. If you use Windows 10, use the search box on the taskbar and type "credential".

If you go to the login page and your password is in asterisk then you got hope. Cos you can open in Chrome and then go to the page codes, change the password to text and then return to the page it will show you the password instead of masking it with asterisk.
