so what are the properties macdonalds hold in expensive spore ?

MCD in SG is getting crappy.... I mean now a days their burger and fry is not like back in 80s, 90s.
Next they also face strong competition like what Shack , etc their burgers , fries i heard is soooo much better than MCD.
In USA also have mix view come eating burger, some still go MCD whereas some don't go anymore prefer others.

McDonald's in SG is now under HQ. Used to be franchise to local sport man.
Rarely eat because now like fake food..

from this 5sgd,the boss has to pay:
salary,employees benefits, insurances,utilities,raw materials cost,franchisee fees to mcd,mall owner takes a cut on the turnover a&p
n finally his profit margin of ard 10-20%
so imagine last time selling at 3.5sgd how much they make!!

Last time there's only a M near my hostel, so every dinner just burgers and fries, until very overweight. Later moved nearer to chinatown, suddenly so many eatable foods
