arent all buildings/ shopping malls by law suppose to have loading bays?
been going on for as long as these buildings have been erected
more than 10 years?
somerset road is NOT a quiet road
yet almost every working day see this.... quite often more than one lorry/van
WHY THE FOOk does LTA allow this? dont tell me they do not know
and the reason the law says building must have loading bay is for what then? URA ?
