when u use ur computer u must employ certain technigues
if u using firefox for ex let it run free do not tire yourself with
say custom_filters or firefox-includes blocking technigues
updates everything likes snaps
when all supposedly run smoothly, u go to work
u use tunneling blockings like devdoms and blacklists for ver4 and ver6
once done u adjust swappiness and vfs_cache_pressure
Tune Swap space settings
singlion settings are 0 and 100 with 4GB of spare RAM
