Here fish farms are constructed in the shallow  sea.  The mud taste is probably a pond reared fish...........

I can tell u no matter what there is a " Difference " come Nature fish been fish up from the sea vs " those farm rear one using sea water "

You can't " cheat " . Those farm literally is rear the fishes inside a confined area yes also in the sea UNLIKE those nature ones freely swim in the sea and to be caught.

Lastly the farm one they will feed them with " man made proteins , etc stuffs to make the fishes grow faster so can sell.

This is why come sea foods those nature ones freely swim around in the big sea are very Expensive also partly now hard to catch a lot.

How come hawker sell such a weird combination of food like fish with magi mee and luncheon meat? The magi mee looks like just thrown in added some water without even cooking it. Look already lost appetite like some left over food collected by cleaners in the trash bin. ....
