Kueh didn't huat must be due to the yeast (not enough) or the time was not right!

No diff lah. Problem is with your huat agent - may be too little, wrong agent. Use yeast or soda instead of baking powder. If still dun huat huat add ENO or epsom salt.......... Rolleyes
