I got one Army friend claim he got turn one his bedroom aircon 24 hours / 7 . His monthly bill for the household is about 700 to 900 hundred. Of course not just air con, with other usages also water all add together. Of course the highest usage is due to Air Con.

I saw one video got one PRC in SG interview a Rich PRC stay in SG. His landed house is really big . Got own cinema , bowling alley in the basement etc. He got ask him how much per month for maintenance etc. He claim roughly around 9k. Which you spot on.

Evertheless 9k to 10k for them is what? Is like 9 bucks or 90 bucks to them. This is why The rich in SG don't actually feel any Pinch despite GST hike, SG Tax also not say high on the rich compare to countries like USA and China. This is why some ultra rich come SG " escape paying high taxes back in their motherland. " This is why Xi is not happy.
