I suspect many Pizza hut’s outlets are franchised as they are below standard and operated by unprofessional rude people. Last year I bought a takeaway pizza at one of its outlets…when I entered the store, nobody was serving me at counter but busy folding boxes at corner. After the pizza was ready for pickup, I asked for a tissue paper, the Malay girl told me they dunt provide tissue for takeaways. What??? Is that Pizza Hut or some kind of fake store? Dunt tell me McDonalds and other fast food stores dunt give tissues for takeaway.
