Somebody asked me today, say you pressed arrive can the pax still cancel.
I totally forgot since long time never do. I only know driver can still cancel, so I said I think pax should be also can. True or false? I know if press pickup, cannot cancel, both sides.
Grab Food I know very hard for customer to cancel, need to ask operator who must also ask vendor. I only experienced once, some Indian FT, asking me eta, dunno what other dumb questions, I totally ignored him. I also not otw to pick up his order as I had another. I was already thinking of cancelling, when it was cancelled by him/operator.
Other times, customer want to cancel also cannot.
My 1 tip to newbies, just ignore all the messages customer/pax send you unless it's to your benefit. Do not reply unnecessarily as they can screenshot. Just ignore or cancel. If cancelled the messages are not saved in Grab's system (unless by some backend search required by law enforcement)
