How did they get such a good lobang ? Can it even be done without Shortchanging the landlord ( in this case SLA )?  I would rather be in the position of the minister and rent out my properties to make millions per month. Silly Sing Song tycoon.

all,these useless house should pull down and change the place to a hdb estate. serve the people better.

keep 1-3 for show can already. local never grow up in these really no historical value at all.
waste of national sought after location. could bring in much better sale value and property tax with many 50 story hdb buildings.
