when there is a restrictions on food type. then restrictions must not be expanded to others who does not have the restrictions base on social norm.
centralised kitchen is efficient. also mean if there is food poisoning etc. it will be a larger scale.

focus on education. provide food to those who cannot afford (or money) . let private decide the service may be better.
education is one of the way to lift the poor out of poverty .

Meanwhile PM Wong during his first National Day Rally (NDR) as S'pore’s PM. He, Mr Lawrence Wong shared how govt can be making significant changes in policies to support S'pore workers & jobseekers during current uncertain economic environment....
