ordered cat food on shopee.
shop  uses Ninja van to  deliver

last week, saw "out for delivery"
at 8.30pm, saw the shopee page - change to "delivered"
but got nothing

check CCTV , around that time 6.30pm where delivery was supposedly made, no delivery guy at all

request refund and shopee now says,  parcel  was delivered. send me the delivery guys photos

s o it seems, just find a building close by, deliver to the SAME unit number and take photo and delviery is done

Yes, I have met with similar problem recently when I have bought my groceries via LAZARDA back in Oct.

And my neighbor has to bring my groceries to me from a different floor.

Their service is very bad.

when i first contacted shopee, i aready sent photo  of my door and even condo  entrace gate.
they still can reply me with delivery guys photos  to say goods delviered....

meaning, i go take photo another door and lie tat thats my door? really WTF

got lah, i just didnt post. item is all correct
and delivery guy did deliver, but to the WRONG building, SAME unit number 

before entereing the wrong building, delviery guy cant even be borthered to check if its the right address.

Q10 delivery still the best! They always call half hr before reaching and u need to sign confirmation.

i raised the issue with shopee
sshopee  said order delivered coz delivery guy took photos that he delivered albeit to WRONG flat, but same unit  number.
