Always thought CDC can only claim via NRIC and OTP sent to registered mobile number. So how did the tenants get hold of the CDC vouchers?

The writer didn’t provide full info. If his mother had moved to stay at that house she shd hv updated her address before the cut off date. Oth, if she doesn’t stay at that house then she’s not eligible for those vouchers

So long as there is at least one Singapore citizen in your household, you should qualify for the vouchers. Claim your CDC vouchers online via SingPass at go.gov.sg/cdcv.

Hopeless 5 Mayors not careful in their process and plans
I think the mother lives in that house that is why it is "Singaporean Household"
and the Tenant can claim as Foreigners are eligible as long as they have SingPass
although they have moved out a year ago (maybe back in Malaysia . . .)
Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?

The CDC vouchers are ONLY meant for Every Singaporean household - NOT Forigners.

The key word is "Singaporean household", not the tenet of the property.

But PAP loves FTs and let them rob everything
1 SC with 10 Foreigners "With common sharing arrangements" (defined by SingStats)
so any 10 Foreigners with the same address are also eligible

Household can be in own house/apartment or rented one lah! As long as the registered address matches, one member of the household can claim the vouchers.
My son is renting an apartment and he claimed for me and my wife to use.
