Singapore is only a place to work and not to retire. We cannot offer a Retirement Village like Australia and cannot provide top notch clean Elderly Community Living like Japan.

Ideally retire and stay in nearby JB. Most important is dun throw away your pink IC. Keep your Singapore citizenship in order to continue enjoying the benefits and subsidised medical provided by the PAP government for senior citizens. This way you get the best of two worlds.
