That's the worst kind of boss. You make a decision which turn sour, blame others. Like that who want to work for you or partner with you?
If the decision turn good, you think he will say it was recommended by someone?

Why didn't this chairman use his own money to speculate in stocks rather than using company money? This kind of company should be delisted.
