Shortest wait is no need to chop passport on both ends all is one single country. Soldiers C race do. Polis M race do. They ok ?

They already did that for their govt local Uni by reserving places for their own M race ppl isn't it? Becuz soldiers and polis (majority) all their race ppl. Minorities suck it up and suffer.
