they only inform exiting clients via email
other houses are too eager to do that posting on their website

whats the use of giving free ntuc vouchers as a way to attract new clients when the basic way to attract new clients are not done

Brokerages is a middleman business.
They are making a crazy amount of commission when worldwide the trend to zero commission is gathering pace.
In US and HK already common to have zero commission.
New players like moomoo and tiger undercut old players. So far only Poems has responded with good deals with Cashplus account.
