stupiak, one time bought four, all obsolete at the same time in time to come.

shd follow Japs way mah, they launch a new sub every year and decom one, that would ensure they always have few submarine with latest tech.
we may not be rich like japs to launch a new one every and decom one, we could do with launch one every 5 yrs

Germany submarine aka U-boat has proven in WWII so wonder if German submarine tech is good even in now 2022? Anyway any submarine battles that happened in reality after WWII? War tech only prove themselves in real war conflict else everyone keep guessing so high tech in war really can perform?

Quite true, our sub are not battle tested.....therefore we don't know it's performance under war conditions...... Rotfl Gesti-109

Singapore's Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and his wife Ho Ching, and CEO of ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems Oliver Burkhard attend the christening of two submarines ordered by Singapore at ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems shipyard in Kiel, Germany.

Still using fuel cell technology for propulsion. No stealth technology, easily detectable and sunk in our shallow waters of the Singapore Straits. My opinion.

tomorrow will be a better day

Who is that female navy officer on the left of HC? Looks quite high ranking where her cap is braided with flowery edge. .... Big Grin
